July 2026

• Security & compliance: Launched a public System Status page with scheduled-maintenance and incident history as part of our SOC 2 program; strengthened record-ownership and access checks in reporting workflows; refreshed our Privacy Policy.
• CMS quality reporting: Expanded support for CMS PRO-PM reporting, including new submission-status tracking, the 2026–27 inpatient reporting period, smarter compliance alerting, and configurable dashboard filter defaults.
• Analytics & dashboards: New readmissions reporting with emergency-department return tracking, and expanded provider case-volume dashboards.
• Performance: Significant speed improvements to high-volume reporting queries.

June 2026

• Platform security: Moved system credentials into a managed cloud secrets service with rotation, and tightened session and access-privilege handling.
• Document workflows: Hardened the patient-intake document pipeline with secure cloud staging and automated failure alerting.
• Patient communications: Shorter secure survey links, embedded educational video with viewing-progress tracking, and improved mobile branding for patient-facing pages.
• Dashboard performance: Substantially faster clinician dashboard filtering on large datasets, plus new attestation-status and survey-interval filters.

May 2026

• Patient experience: Improved the patient portal video experience and added same-day appointment details and better event ordering to the patient homepage.
• Dashboards: Faster dashboard loading through caching and read-replica routing, persistent and shareable filter links, and new location filters.
• Registry reporting: MIPS reporting updates, including new attestation workflows for surgeons entering the program mid-year.
• Data quality & administration: Safer administrative batch-input tooling with duplicate detection, and improved archival handling for incomplete intake records.
